Is there any downtime after a Lip Blush treatment?
There’s minimal downtime. Your lips may feel slightly swollen or tender for a day, and the color will appear more intense at first. After 5–7 days, the top layer peels off and reveals a softer, natural tone.
Is Lip Blush treatment painful?
Most clients describe it as slightly uncomfortable but tolerable. A numbing cream is applied before and during the session to keep you as comfortable as possible.
How long does Lip Blush last?
Lip Blush typically lasts 2 to 3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. A touch-up is recommended within the first 8–12 weeks to perfect the result.
What’s the difference between Lip Blush and lipstick or filler?
Lip Blush enhances your natural lips by adding soft color and definition that lasts. Unlike lipstick, it doesn’t smudge or fade during the day. Unlike fillers, it doesn’t change volume—just shape and tone.
Will my lips look too dark or too bright at first?
Right after the treatment, the color appears bold and vivid. Don’t worry—this is normal. The pigment will soften during healing, leaving a more natural, tinted finish.
Can I choose the shape and color?
Absolutely. We tailor everything to your preferences and natural features. You’ll discuss the shape and shade with your artist before starting.
Is Lip Blush permanent or semi-permanent?
It’s a form of semi-permanent makeup. The pigment fades gradually over time, allowing adjustments as your style evolves.
How should I prepare for my Lip Blush session?
Stay well-hydrated and exfoliate gently a day before. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinners (like aspirin) 24 hours before your appointment.
