Appointment Cancellation Policy
We truly appreciate your time — and ours. Please understand that all appointments are binding. If you’re unable to make it, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 4 hours in advance. In the past, we’ve had clients cancel at the very last minute or not show up at all — often without notice. Each missed slot means lost time and income, especially when we’ve already prepared everything for you. That’s why we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price for late cancellations or no-shows.
## In most cases, we don’t ask for a down payment. We only require one when appointments involve multiple treatments (lasting half a day (4h) or more) or are booked several weeks in advance.

Zahra is the best lash technician that i have visited here in Bali, and i have tried many places! 🙂 She works really precise, with lots of attention for detail and she makes sure that you're happy with the results. The lashes are also very lightweight, i almost don’t feel them which is great!

Super good experience! After my eyelashes got messed up from another studio I was upset but Zahra made my day! She is so patient and made it so perfectly! I wanna recommend to alllllll my friends! This was somewhat of a spontaneous decision and Zahra was SO patient and helpful with my questions, explaining all of the options and process for me. I love the results and am thrilled to not have to think about my eye makeup anymore, especially as I'm now wearing glasses and trying to see the detail to be able to apply the liner without the glasses - it's just all done for me now! :)Really lovely person and beautiful work!
Zahra was amazing! I booked last minute the night before and she was at my villa to do my lashes the next morning (for a day at Finns lol) My lashes were beautiful and she did them exactly how I wanted them. She was very skilled and gentle. The glue wasn’t strong and didn't affect my eyes (like some places). Great lash tech! Highly recommend.
