BBZ Confidential Services 

For all bookings via BBZ Confidential Services, the identity of the Principal is not stored in the booking system. Zahra personally coordinates each VIP request and by default uses random names. Internal staff also have no access to these appointments. Upon request, we work with pseudonyms and complete communication blocks towards third parties such as the press or cooperating service providers. Appointments are scheduled exclusively on an individual basis and without digital confirmations. About one hour before and after the appointment, the system is blocked for other bookings to prevent any encounter with other clients.

Our BBZ Confidential Home Service is tailored for Principals who prefer treatments in the privacy of their own residence, villa, or hotel suite. All mobile appointments are performed exclusively by Zahra herself – no assistants, no additional staff. We coordinate every visit discreetly and in close consultation with your team.

If access requires identification at a hotel reception or gated villa estate, we are happy to agree on a pseudonym or cover name in advance. No official company names or service descriptions will ever be used during check-in or arrival.

On request, Zahra can arrive with minimal equipment, neutral bags, and adapt to all on-site privacy preferences. A silent service without unnecessary interaction is possible. Any special logistics – such as private elevators, security briefings, or parking instructions – can be discussed in advance.

As with all BBZ Confidential Services, no photos, confirmations, or digital traces will be created unless explicitly requested by the Principal.

The studio is discreetly located in a side street, with no direct view from the main road. Access and visual protection concepts are coordinated in advance upon request. Security protocols or agreements with personal protection teams are possible at any time. The primary vehicle with the Principal can stop directly in front of the villa; from there, it is 8 meters to the main entrance.

For extensive security preparations, a site inspection or security briefing can be booked several days or hours before the appointment upon request. In coordination with the Principal’s team, full access to the entire villa including private rooms is also possible upon request.

We have an internal procedure for discreet transfers. Escort vehicles can park at a secure distance (e.g., 150m) in a designated parking area. A waiting area is available for drivers, security, or assistants — with visual contact to the Principal if desired. No third-party access, no through-traffic situation.

The treatment environment is calm, air-conditioned, and comfortably designed. No brand logos, no eye-catching decoration. There is always only one appointment active. No other clients or additional staff are present. Absolute calm and focus on the treatment of the VIP.

During VIP appointments, only the owner and her husband are present in the villa. Staff or service personnel are not allowed under the standard concept. There are no mentions of names, companies, or individuals, neither internally nor externally. No conversations, no links, no photos. Upon request, we provide a written confidentiality agreement (NDA). Of course, we refrain from social media communication or marketing use.

We exclusively offer specialized treatments at the highest level: professional permanent make-up, lash and brow treatments. With “Beauty by Zahra” and many years of experience, Zahra is one of the most sought-after specialists for permanent make-up and lash & brow services in Bali.

Your personal assistant team can send us a VIP preferences dossier or a briefing sheet in advance. All information (temperature, music, lighting, own products, etc.) will be implemented without further inquiries. Upon request, we offer discreet service with your desired beverages, small snacks, or buffet. Service is provided without additional staff in the room and is coordinated exactly in advance. No external service staff in the house. If you wish to bring your own catering and service personnel, please inform us as early as possible. Individual requirements such as dietary needs, halal/vegan, or medical restrictions are also implemented. Our experience with sensitive international Principals allows us to work discreetly and proactively.

We do not use public forms or calendar links. Inquiries are only accepted via our secure channels. Please direct inquiries via email (conser @ zahra-beauty.com) or via a neutral WhatsApp message with the note “special booking, please contact me”. Zahra will contact you discreetly via a separate number. If a high security level (Tier 1–2) is relevant, please let us know briefly in the initial contact. There is no digital tracking or logging.

Please do not book via our regular booking system! Normal opening hours do not apply to you.

We do not publish prices online. Package rates, additional services, and treatment costs are discussed individually and tailored to your specific requirements. Upon request, we will provide a written offer as part of your personal consultation.
