Right now, we’re looking for a versatile marketing talent who enjoys working across several creative fields. Whether your strength lies in social media, design, advertising, or storytelling — if you’re good at what you do and eager to grow, you’ll fit right in.
As BBZ Bali continues to expand, this role will grow too. In the future, we might divide it into two specialized positions — one focused on creative content, the other on performance marketing. For now, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

BBZ Beauty by Zahra is a small but modern beauty studio in Tibubeneng and a premium provider of exclusive treatments – already among the most popular addresses in Bali for Permanent Make-up, Lash & Brow Services, and personalized beauty experiences.
Our clients come from all over the world – visiting our calm villa studio or booking us for home services. From holiday guests to expats, they value our combination of top quality, serenity, and a personal atmosphere.
Alongside our successful studio, we are developing new projects such as the BBZ Academy and other exciting concepts we’ll reveal soon. This creates new opportunities for talented professionals who share our commitment to quality and creativity.

Working as a Digital Marketing Professional in Bali
Your possible areas of work (Part-time / Freelance)
We know nobody can do everything — but everyone has strengths. Tell us where you shine and how you can support us:
- Content Creation & Social Media Management — Plan, design, and manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with tools like Metricool or Canva.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management — Create and maintain Google Ads & Meta Ads, analyze performance, optimize reach and leads.
- Brand Development & Storytelling — Help shape BBZ Bali, Beauty by Zahra, and BBZ Academy with creative concepts, visuals, and campaigns.
- Photo & Video Production for Social Media — Capture authentic visuals in the studio or during Home Services; edit for Reels, Stories, and Ads using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Web & E-Commerce Support — Maintain and improve our WordPress and WooCommerce site as our product portfolio grows.
What you should bring
- Good English skills (our communication and content are fully in English)
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Passion for creativity and a strong aesthetic sense
- Experience in one or more areas: social media, marketing, design, photography, or video
- Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
