Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Confirmation & Appointment Validity
(Applies to: [2] Crypto, [3] International Bank Transfer, [4] Indonesian Bank Transfer)
Please send us your payment confirmation within 2 hours via WhatsApp so we can keep your booking request active in our system.
Important: Your booking only becomes fully confirmed once your payment has been received and you have received our official WhatsApp appointment confirmation. Without this, your appointment is not guaranteed.
2. Deposit & Non-Transferability
If you cancel your treatment in our Studio without a valid reason, your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-transferable – it cannot be transferred to another person or to a future appointment.
3. Late Cancellations (within 4 hours) & No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late if it is received less than 4 business hours before the scheduled appointment time, calculated only within our official opening hours.
Cancellations submitted outside of business hours, on closed days, or before opening time are considered received at the next business opening time.
Late cancellation or no-show → the deposit is forfeited.
If you paid the full amount (100%) in advance, you will receive 50% of the paid amount back, minus our processing fee of 295,000 IDR (the original deposit portion is retained as a late cancellation fee).
For any new appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, the full treatment price including a new deposit is due again.
4. Late Arrival
Because we work with fixed time slots, the following rules apply:
- More than 15 minutes late: Your treatment can usually still be carried out, but a late fee of 295,000 IDR will be charged.
- More than 30 minutes late: The appointment counts as a no-show, the deposit is forfeited and a new appointment must be booked with a new deposit.
5. Timely Cancellations (more than 4 hours before)
- Refund of the deposit minus a processing fee of 295,000 IDR.
- Any bank or transfer fees are borne by the client.
6. Expired Payment Links & Re-Activation Requests
If a payment or deposit link expires and the client requests a new payment link in order to keep or reactivate the original appointment, an administrative processing fee of 295,000 IDR applies.
If the original booking request has already been deleted or expired in our system, the client may submit a new booking request free of charge. Creating a new booking request does not incur any fees.
7. Rescheduling Policy
Once an appointment has been confirmed by deposit, it may be rescheduled once free of charge, subject to availability. Any second or additional rescheduling request will incur an administrative processing fee of 295,000 IDR. Price changes, if applicable, follow the rates valid on the day of rescheduling.
8. No Medical Exception Clause
We understand that unexpected situations can happen – however, our cancellation policy applies uniformly and without exceptions, as we receive many international bookings every day and block fixed time slots for each client.
Please do not send medical certificates, photos (From injuries or children) or documents – they do not affect our policy.
9. Price Changes for Rescheduled Appointments
For any rescheduled appointment, the prices valid on the day of rescheduling apply.
10. No Refund for Services Already Provided
There are no refunds for treatments that have already been performed.
