Payment & Cancellation Policy

We value your time – and kindly ask you to value ours.

At BBZ Bali, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We block time, prepare personally, and work with a small and carefully managed schedule. The following policy exists to protect that – for you and for us. Please read it carefully before booking.

1. Payment Confirmation & Appointment Validity

Applies to: Crypto, International Bank Transfer, and Indonesian Bank Transfer.

Please send us your payment confirmation within 2 hours via WhatsApp so we can keep your booking request active in our system. Your appointment is only fully confirmed once payment has been received and you have received our official WhatsApp confirmation. Without this confirmation, your appointment is not guaranteed.

2. Prepayment Options

For treatments with a total value of 1,000,000 IDR or more, a prepayment is required to confirm your appointment. Once everything has been discussed and Zahra has confirmed that you are PMU-ready, you will receive your personal prepayment message with the available options.

You can choose between:

  • 50% prepayment (deposit): Secures your appointment. The remaining balance is settled on the day of your treatment at the studio.
  • 100% prepayment (full payment in advance): Your appointment is fully paid before you arrive. No payment is needed at the studio – a more comfortable and seamless experience from start to finish.

Your prepayment is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to another person or applied to a different appointment, except where explicitly permitted under our rescheduling policy.

3. Cancellation Policy – Standard Appointments

For appointments without prepayment (treatment value under 1,000,000 IDR), cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If the cancellation is received less than 12 hours before the appointment, it is considered a late cancellation – regardless of the reason.

  • Cancellations received outside of business hours, on closed days, or before opening time are considered received at the next business opening time.
  • Late cancellation or no-show: the appointment is forfeited and the full treatment price applies for any new booking.

4. Cancellation Policy – Prepayment Appointments

For appointments with prepayment (treatment value of 1,000,000 IDR or more), cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the appointment, it is considered a late cancellation – regardless of the reason.

  • Cancellations received outside of business hours, on closed days, or before opening time are considered received at the next business opening time.
  • Late cancellation or no-show with 50% prepayment: the prepayment is forfeited in full.
  • Late cancellation or no-show with 100% prepayment: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded, minus a processing fee of 295,000 IDR. The 50% prepayment portion remains non-refundable as compensation for the reserved treatment time, preparation, and the appointment slot that can no longer be offered to another client.
  • For any new appointment following a late cancellation or no-show, the full treatment price including a new prepayment is due again.

Please note: Once a prepayment appointment has been rescheduled once, it can no longer be cancelled. See Section 7 for full details.

5. Timely Cancellation – Refund of Prepayment

If you cancel a prepayment appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and the appointment has not previously been rescheduled, the following refund rules apply:

  • 50% prepayment: the prepayment is refunded minus a processing fee of 295,000 IDR.
  • 100% prepayment: the full amount paid is refunded, minus a processing fee of 295,000 IDR.
  • Any bank or transfer fees incurred are borne by the client.

6. Late Arrival

We work with fixed time slots and ask all clients to arrive on time. The following rules apply:

  • More than 15 minutes late: Your treatment can usually still be carried out, but a late fee of 295,000 IDR will be charged.
  • More than 30 minutes late: The appointment is treated as a no-show. The same rules as for a no-show apply – see Section 3 or Section 4, depending on your appointment type.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Standard appointments (no prepayment): May be rescheduled subject to availability. No administrative fee applies if rescheduled at least 12 hours before the appointment.

Prepayment appointments (1,000,000 IDR or more):

  • One free reschedule is permitted, provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and subject to availability.
  • Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it cannot be cancelled. If the rescheduled appointment cannot be attended, the prepayment is forfeited in full.
  • Any second or additional rescheduling request will incur an administrative processing fee of 295,000 IDR and is subject to availability.
  • Price changes, if applicable, follow the rates valid on the day of rescheduling.

8. Expired Payment Links & Re-Activation Requests

If a payment or prepayment link expires and you request a new link to keep or reactivate the original appointment, an administrative processing fee of 295,000 IDR applies.

If the original booking request has already been deleted or expired in our system, you may submit a new booking request free of charge. Creating a new booking request does not incur any fees.

9. No Medical Exception Clause

Our cancellation policy applies uniformly and without exceptions. As a small private studio serving international clients, every time slot is individually blocked and personally prepared. The cancellation windows stated in this policy are binding – regardless of the circumstances.

Please do not send medical certificates, photographs, or supporting documents – they do not affect the application of this policy.

10. No Refund for Services Already Provided

There are no refunds for treatments that have already been carried out.
