BBZ Bali is growing fast and we’re looking for a Client Relations and Booking Coordinator who keeps our communication smooth, warm, and super organized. You’ll be the first point of contact for our international clients and the key person who turns inquiries into confirmed appointments with clear, friendly guidance. This role starts as part time or freelance and can grow into a bigger position later. You should live in Bali near our studio and spend around one third of your time in the studio to really feel the vibe, know the artists, and understand our services.

BBZ Beauty by Zahra is a small but modern beauty studio in Tibubeneng and a premium provider of exclusive treatments – already among the most popular addresses in Bali for Permanent Make-up, Lash & Brow Services, and personalized beauty experiences.

Our clients come from all over the world – visiting our calm villa studio or booking us for home services. From holiday guests to expats, they value our combination of top quality, serenity, and a personal atmosphere.

Alongside our successful studio, we are developing new projects such as the BBZ Academy and other exciting concepts we’ll reveal soon. This creates new opportunities for talented professionals who share our commitment to quality and creativity.

What this role is about

Working as a Client Relations and Booking Coordinator at BBZ Bali

You handle daily client communication and make sure every booking request is processed properly from first message to confirmed appointment.

  • Reply to inquiries via WhatsApp and email and sometimes by phone
  • Answer client questions clearly and friendly and guide them to the right service
  • Coordinate booking requests and keep everything structured and up to date
  • Explain and organize deposit and prepayment steps with clients
  • Follow up on open requests and make sure nothing gets lost
  • Coordinate with our artists when clients have technique related questions
  • Support a smooth client journey for studio visits and home service bookings

What you should bring

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong understanding of western clients and how they communicate
  • Friendly, calm, and confident communication style
  • Very organized mindset and high attention to detail
  • Reliable follow up habits and structured daily work style
  • Based in Bali and able to be in the studio regularly
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, admin, or beauty studio coordination
