Professional Lash and Brow Artist
BBZ Bali is looking for a Professional Lash and Brow Artist who loves clean, beautiful results and calm, high quality work. You’ll work with international clients in our villa studio in Berawa and help us keep our standards high while we continue to grow.

BBZ Beauty by Zahra is a small but modern beauty studio in Tibubeneng and a premium provider of exclusive treatments – already among the most popular addresses in Bali for Permanent Make-up, Lash & Brow Services, and personalized beauty experiences.
Our clients come from all over the world – visiting our calm villa studio or booking us for home services. From holiday guests to expats, they value our combination of top quality, serenity, and a personal atmosphere.
Alongside our successful studio, we are developing new projects such as the BBZ Academy and other exciting concepts we’ll reveal soon. This creates new opportunities for talented professionals who share our commitment to quality and creativity.

What this role is about
Working as a Professional Lash and Brow Artist at BBZ Bali
- You deliver clean, consistent lash and brow results that look premium and last beautifully
- Your main services are Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Brow Styling & Tint
- You guide clients calmly through the treatment, explain realistic results, and set clear expectations
- You work with high hygiene standards, clean technique, and an eye for symmetry and detail
- You help us keep our quality level high as BBZ Bali continues to grow (studio + optional home service)
What you should bring
- Strong technical skills in lash and brow services (clean work, good retention, neat styling)
- A professional attitude: reliable, calm, respectful, and client-focused
- Basic English communication (our clients are international)
- Good hygiene habits and discipline in a premium studio environment
- Openness to feedback, quality checks, and structured work processes
