For our Home Service appointments, we kindly ask clients to prepare a comfortable and safe working setup for our artists. PMU, lash, and brow treatments require precision and focus for an extended period — and without proper posture, it’s easy for artists to experience back pain or strain 💕

Please make sure the following is available before your appointment:

• A higher bed or surface that allows the artist to work with a straight back.
• A stable stool or small chair for the artist to sit comfortably while working.
• Good lighting — ideally natural light or a bright lamp for visibility.

If no suitable seating or bed height is available, clients can optionally add our “Home Service – Full Equipment Setup” for 350k (in addition to the regular travel fee). With this option, the artist arrives by car and brings a mobile beauty bed, an adjustable stool, and a professional ring light.

Should proper working conditions not be available and the equipment option not be booked, our artists are instructed to cancel the treatment on site. In such cases, the deposit will be retained to cover travel and time expenses.
