Trainee – Professional Lash and Brow Artist

BBZ Bali is looking for a Trainee Lash and Brow Artist who wants to grow fast in a professional, modern environment. If you already have some hands-on experience or basic training, that’s a big advantage — but it’s not a requirement. You can also be a complete beginner with strong motivation and the right mindset.

What matters most is your passion for beauty, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to becoming truly good at your craft. Zahra will personally guide and train you step by step and help you grow into a confident professional Lash and Brow Artist. We work with international clients and premium standards in our calm villa studio in Berawa. You’ll learn how to deliver clean, consistent results and how to communicate professionally with Western clients in a real studio environment.

What this role is about

Working as a Trainee Lash and Brow Artist at BBZ Bali

• Support the team in daily studio operations and client preparation
• Learn and improve lash and brow services step by step through hands-on practice and feedback
• Practice clean work routines, hygiene standards, and professional client care
• Support photo documentation of treatments and help build BBZ Bali’s studio portfolio
• Grow into a confident artist who can handle clients independently over time

What you should bring

• Strong motivation to learn and improve every week
• A steady hand, good eye for aesthetics, and attention to detail
• Any previous experience or training in lash and brow services is a plus — but not required
• Beginners with no prior experience are welcome if you’re committed, reliable, and eager to learn
• Minimum basic English communication skills or be open to learning a little bit (our clients are international)
• Friendly, calm personality and a professional attitude
• Living in Bali near the studio
