We offer gentle and precise facial hair removal using hot wax and tweezers — no threading technique is used at our studio. Our methods are ideal for shaping and refining the brow area or removing fine facial hair with care and cleanliness.

Removing Permanent Makeup
Note on Treatments with Existing PMU: In many cases, we’re unable to offer new permanent makeup treatments if previous PMU is still visible. Achieving a clean, professional, and beautiful result is always our top priority — and this is only possible when old pigments don’t interfere with the new design. If removal or correction is necessary, we will inform you honestly and clearly.
In some cases, there’s also the option of filling in areas (for example with Microblading or Nano Hair Stroke Brows) between the hairstrokes using skin-colored pigments — see our Concealer Correction Add-On. If the previous pigmentation is still too intense, even concealer can no longer help — in that case, laser removal is required.
There are now several providers in Bali offering PMU removal. While we’re actively searching, we haven’t yet found a studio we can confidently recommend. As soon as we do, we’ll be happy to share their contact with you.
Appointment Policy & Deposits
We value your time – and ours. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows cost time, prep, and income, so we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee.
For treatments over IDR 1,000,000 or multi-session bookings, we usually ask for a down payment of 50% of the total treatment fee.
For example:
– PMU appointments: minimum IDR 1,000,000
– Lash & Brow appointments: minimum IDR 500,000
Once your deposit is received, your appointment is fully confirmed.
