I went to BBZ while traveling Bali towards the end of my travels as I wanted to get Ombre Brows. The consultation beforehand went effortlessly, providing every information & detail needed. I felt in good hands even before the appointment went by.

How long do the results last?
A lash lift lasts around 6–8 weeks, brow lamination about 5–6 weeks. Tints fade after 2-3 weeks (hairs), 7 days (skin), depending on skin type and aftercare.
Can I wear makeup right after?
Avoid mascara, eye cream and oil-based products for 24 hours to keep your results long-lasting.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive without mascara or oily skincare.
How often can I repeat a lash lift or lamination?
Every 6–8 weeks is ideal to maintain healthy, beautiful lashes and brows.

Can I visit the Villa Studio before booking?
Sure! If you’d like to see the Villa Studio before booking, just send us a quick WhatsApp message. We’re happy to show you around when we’re not in a treatment. Just keep in mind that visits are only possible by appointment.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Most appointments don’t require a prepayment. But for longer or high-demand treatments, we may kindly ask for a small deposit to secure your slot. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know during the booking process.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash or card. 💳
Debit cards are free of charge. For credit cards, there’s a 3% fee — this is what the bank charges us.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we do. A consultation is always part of every treatment if you’re unsure what exactly you want. It takes place at the studio before we begin. If you’d like to have a consultation separately, that’s also possible — just reach out to schedule an appointment with us.
Is it possible to get treatment at my home?
Yes, we offer in-house beauty service within 30 km of our studio 🏡 Just select the “Home Service” option when booking, and we’ll come to you — beauty and comfort combined.
