Before you even step through the door of our studio, you have already been in touch with the BBZ Bali team over WhatsApp – sometimes briefly, sometimes in more detail, depending on your questions. Your wishes, ideas, and first thoughts are usually already on the table. Zahra can see all of this in your client file before your appointment, so she can prepare for you, your goals, and your personal PMU vision well in advance.
Arriving & Settling In
You can come to our Beauty Villa on your own or use our Driver Service – Yosua will pick you up and bring you back if you’d like. Once you arrive at our little villa in Berawa, you’ll start by filling out a short intake form. We ask about a few health-related topics and some lifestyle questions covering the past 24 hours – all straightforward and completely confidential. And of course, you’ll be offered something to drink before anything else.
Your Personal Conversation with Zahra
Then it’s into the studio, where you’ll meet Zahra in person. You’ll take your time going over your wishes together – no rush, no pressure. What do you love, what do you want to avoid, what should the result look like? Since Zahra already knows what you’ve discussed over WhatsApp, this conversation is about the finer details that make the real difference.
Numbing & a Little Moment to Breathe
Next, the area to be treated is applied with numbing cream. The cream needs around 15 minutes to take effect – time you can use however you like. Chat with Zahra, catch up on a few messages, or simply switch off. Entirely up to you.
Shaping – Until It’s Truly Right
Once the numbing has settled, Zahra begins the shaping process. Depending on the treatment you’ve booked, she carefully draws in the shape – and then you look at it together in the mirror. We use a specially lit mirror with bright lighting and true-colour lamps, so you can see exactly what Zahra has drawn without any distortion or unflattering light.
If you’d like something adjusted, that is never a problem. You keep refining together until the shape feels 100% right for you. No compromises, no rushing. You only give the go-ahead when everything truly fits.
The Treatment
Once you’re completely happy with the shaping, the tattooing begins. By this point, the area is already comfortably numb. If at any stage during the treatment it starts to feel uncomfortable, just let Zahra know – she’ll simply apply more numbing cream. This is not an exception; it’s something that happens with some clients and is completely normal.
During the treatment, you’ll have a small hand mirror if you’d like to follow along and see what Zahra is doing. Some clients love watching every step; others prefer to chat or simply close their eyes and relax. And yes – some clients fall asleep. It happens regularly, and Zahra takes it as the greatest compliment. 😊
Finishing Touches – Until It’s Perfect
When Zahra is done, you look at the result together. Would you like anything refined? No problem at all. Zahra has no limits when it comes to getting things exactly right – she’ll go through every last detail with you until the result is exactly what you imagined. Aftercare & Wrap-Up
To finish, you’ll receive your personal aftercare consultation – clear, practical, and easy to follow. You’ll know exactly how to care for and protect your result over the coming weeks. Straight after your appointment, you’ll also receive a link to our detailed PMU aftercare guide via WhatsApp – exclusively for our PMU clients. It walks you through day by day and week by week, so you always know what to do and what to avoid.
If there is still a balance to settle, you have plenty of options: cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, or a direct transfer from your local Indonesian bank account – whichever works best for you.
And if you’ve booked the Driver Service, Yosua will usually already be waiting outside to take you home.
